Gary began his investment services career in 1983 and transitioned to Stifel in 2020. He has always been motivated by his commitment to help clients pursue their financial goals and dreams. The guiding force in his daily work is the trust his clients have placed in him over his extended career. His investment discipline centers on analyzing clients’ present and future needs, determining their overall risk tolerance, and constructing goal-based customized strategies centered on their personal and detailed financial data. As a portfolio manager in Stifel’s Solutions Program, he is responsible for developing tactical, balanced portfolios using traditional and non-core alternative investment strategies for clients who choose discretionary advisory services.
Gary graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. In 2014, he obtained his Certified Portfolio Manager® designation from Columbia University. He currently serves on the board of directors of the MLCV Education Fund and on the planned giving committees at Wayne State University and Karmanos Cancer Institute.

Outside of the office, he enjoys playing squash, golfing, and sailing. He is also a member of the Wayne State University Athletic Hall of Fame and still competes in U.S. Masters Swimming.
The Solutions program requires a minimum investment, which varies by strategy. Ask your Financial Advisor for a Disclosure Brochure, which further outlines the fees, services, exclusions, and disclosures associated with this program. Since all investment decisions in a Solutions account are made by the Financial Advisor without having to receive prior client approval, it is important that Solutions clients have detailed knowledge of the Financial Advisor’s individual investment philosophy and decision-making process before entrusting him or her with their portfolio. You should consider all terms and conditions before deciding whether the Solutions Program and any particular strategy are appropriate for your needs.
